About Jobvin
Jobvin is a tool for people who apply for jobs. It starts with the job posting, not with the resume: first check whether the application is worth it, then build the documents for it.
Who is behind it
Jobvin is offered by Cagri Ersöz from Hannover, run as a sole proprietorship. The full provider identification is in the imprint.
You can reach Jobvin by email at info@jobvin.de. For the most common requests, the contact page tells you right away where the answer already is.
Why Jobvin starts with the posting
Most application tools start with the resume. They help you send more applications faster. Jobvin asks the question before that: is this application worth it at all?
To answer it, the job check reads the posting, matches it against your profile and shows you what fits and what is missing, before you put an hour into a cover letter. Only then are the documents built, for exactly this role.
The motto behind it: only apply where it is worth it.
What Jobvin sticks to
Six rules that live in the code, not in the marketing.
The AI invents nothing
The features that write text work under a fixed instruction not to invent a job, a degree or a number. Their suggestions sit next to your original.
You decide
No AI feature starts on its own, and nothing is written into your documents without asking. The AI agents only run when you switch them on explicitly.
You do the sending
Jobvin does not send applications in your name. You download your documents and send them from your own inbox.
Not a recruiter platform
Jobvin sells no profiles and passes nothing on to employers. Only what you publish yourself becomes public, such as your own application page.
Data in the EU, no training
The application and the database run on Google Cloud in the Netherlands. Your content is not used to train AI models, and you can delete your account yourself at any time.
Free, whatever works without AI
Job search, editors, templates and export cost nothing. For the AI there are points and a monthly plan you can cancel any month, even without logging in.
Where the data comes from
The job search, the salary statistics, the further training topics and the providers of application coaching come from public services of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit. For occupations and skills, Jobvin also uses the European ESCO classification. Where a value is calculated rather than taken over, the page in question says so.
