The credit for the AI features. Every feature costs a certain number of points; the interface tells you how many when you use it. The monthly credit of Pro ends with the billing period; points you buy stay until you use them.

No, on purpose. Instead of a trial that quietly turns into a subscription, your account stays free for good, and most AI features run in it once without payment details.

Everything without AI keeps working: editors, templates, export, job search and tracker. For the AI you buy more points or wait for the next billing period. Nothing gets deleted.

Through "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page. The form works without logging in and without giving a reason; you get the confirmation by email.

It stays complete; only the Pro features end. You can delete your account yourself in your profile at any time.

On Google Cloud servers in the Netherlands, both database and application. Your browser never accesses the database directly; the server checks every request against your login.

Only when you start an AI feature is the necessary content sent to Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, as processors on our behalf. Processing may take place in the USA. Your content is not used to train AI models.

Yes. "Delete account" in your profile removes your data: resumes, cover letters, applications and evaluations.

How well you fit a posting, as a percentage with every criterion explained on its own, plus a salary benchmark, a legitimacy check, points you can improve before sending, and questions for the interview.

You either paste the link and the AI loads the posting itself, or you copy the text in. That works with every job board and every career page.

It is not supposed to: the instruction to the model forbids new jobs, degrees, skills and numbers. Its suggestions sit next to your original, so you check before you accept anything.

The resume, yes, as a plain, editable Word file. Cover letter and cover page come as PDF, on their own or together in one file.

No. Jobvin prepares the documents; you send them from your own inbox. An application from a stranger's sender address looks unprofessional to the employer.

Yes. The website is available in English, you can write your resume and cover letter in German or English, and the translation creates a copy of a document in the other language.

Yes. The entries in the application tracker produce the proof list for the Agentur für Arbeit, without you writing it a second time.

With an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) it costs you nothing. Jobvin does not coach you itself, but it finds providers near you in the database of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

The job finder goes through your sources and scores new roles against your profile; on request, a second agent prepares the documents. You do the sending. The agents come with Pro, and the full quota comes with Autopilot.
