Part of Pro

All three documents in one step

Three documents that match each other - and afterwards real documents in your library, not an appendage of the AI run.

Cover page, cover letter and resume are created in a single run, from your Master Profile and the job posting. You end up with three drafts in your library that you keep working on in the editor.

  • Three documents, one template set
  • Content from your Master Profile
  • Fully editable afterwards

Three documents that belong together: same template set, same contact details, same application. No collecting pieces from three editors.

Output

What one run produces

Three documents that belong together: same template set, same contact details, same application. No collecting pieces from three editors.

  1. Cover page

Name, position, contact details and, if you have one, your photo - plus the company and role from the posting. The cover page is not written by AI, it is composed from your profile.

    Template up to you

  2. Cover letter

The only part the AI actually writes. At most 380 words, so it fits on one page. If the first draft runs longer, it is shortened once automatically before you ever see it.

    One AI call per run

  3. Resume

From your Master Profile, with every section: roles, education, projects, certificates, languages, volunteering. Skills are capped at twelve so the list stays readable, and the job posting stays attached to the document - that is how the editor knows what you are applying for.

    Twelve skills at most

Input

Where the content comes from

Two sources, nothing else: your Master Profile and the job posting. Anything that is in neither will not show up in your documents.

  1. Your Master Profile

Career history, education, skills, languages, contact details. Without a filled-in Master Profile the run does not start at all - and you find that out up front, not after the wait.

  2. The job posting

Title, company and the text of the ad. From the job board you carry the posting straight over from the detail view; you can also paste the text yourself.

  3. Research from the job check

If you ran the AI job check on that role first, what it found about the company feeds into the cover letter. If there is nothing, the run still works - it just goes without that extra.

  4. German or English

You pick the document language at the start. English needs the English version of your Master Profile; if it is missing, Jobvin stops instead of quietly handing you a German application.

What the AI is not allowed to do

The instruction to the model is unambiguous: invent nothing, back every statement with your resume, concrete evidence instead of buzzwords. Even so: read the draft before it goes out. It is a draft, not a finished application.

Process

How a run works

Four stops - only the first and the last one cost you any work.

  1. Pick a starting point

From the job board, from your Application Tracker, or straight out of an AI job check result. The job data travels with you.

  2. Requirements are checked up front

Sign-in, Pro access, Master Profile, free space in your library and your hourly allowance - all checked before the actual run begins. If something is missing, you see it right away.

  3. The run happens on the server

You can keep working, switch pages or close the window. Every set you generate is waiting in the Application Studio afterwards, even if you were away in between.

  4. Three documents and one application

You end up with a cover page, a cover letter and a resume in your library - linked to an application in the Application Tracker, so you do not have to keep the status in sync by hand.

Afterwards

What happens to the documents afterwards

The result is not an appendix to the AI run. These are three real documents, and you can do everything with them that you can do with documents you created yourself.

  1. In your document library

All three sit in your library, filterable by kind and by application. Rename, duplicate, delete - and anything you delete stays restorable for fourteen days.

  2. Linked as one set

The three pages belong together and hang off the same application. The editor opens them as a set; tabs take you between resume, cover letter and cover page.

  3. Keep editing in the editor

Every line of text is yours to change. 21 template sets are ready to use, switching between them costs you no content, and colours, fonts and sections can be adjusted one by one.

  4. Export as a single PDF

Cover page, cover letter and resume go out as one file. Up to ten attachments - references, certificates - are merged server-side; the finished file may be up to 25 MB.

Sending

How sending actually works

That is a deliberate decision, not a missing feature. An application arriving from someone else’s sender address looks unprofessional to an employer. You send from your own inbox - Jobvin only gets everything ready.

  1. Download the PDF

One click, one file, every part you selected inside it.

  2. Copy recipient, subject and message

Subject and message body come pre-filled, and every field has a copy button. The recipient address is usually in the job posting itself.

  3. Or open your mail app pre-filled

If you prefer, Jobvin opens your mail app with recipient, subject and text ready. You add the attachment yourself - a link like that cannot attach anything.

  4. And after that

Once you confirm the application is out, it moves to “Applied” in your Application Tracker. Seven days later Jobvin reminds you to follow up, and a second time a week after that.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need for the 1-click application to start?

A Jobvin account with Pro, a filled-in Master Profile and a job posting. If the Master Profile is missing, Jobvin says so before the run starts - no half-finished document is created.

Does Jobvin send the application for me?

No. Jobvin prepares the PDF, recipient, subject and message; sending happens from your own inbox. An application from an unfamiliar sender address looks unprofessional to an employer, which is why that route deliberately does not exist.

Can I still change the documents afterwards?

Yes, completely. The three documents sit in your library as real documents and open in the editor like any other one - text, order, template, colours and fonts included.

How long will the cover letter be?

At most 380 words, which is roughly one A4 page. If the first draft runs longer, it is shortened once automatically before you see it.

Does this work in English too?

Yes, once you have created the English version of your Master Profile. Without it the run stops with a notice instead of quietly producing a German application.

Can I rely on the text?

Read it. The model is told to invent nothing and to back every statement with your resume - but in the end nobody has checked the draft except you. That is exactly why it lands in the editor and not straight in an employer’s inbox.
