Behind Jobvin stands a sole proprietorship based in Hannover, Germany. There is exactly one way to reach us directly: email. For the most common requests, though, the answer is already on this page - the second section tells you where each request belongs.
The same details are in the imprint. Here they are simply laid out so you do not have to scroll through a legal page for them.
This is the route the provider identification under § 5 DDG, the German digital services act, names as well.
Write an emailLegal form: sole proprietorship. Responsible for the content under § 18 Abs. 2 MStV is the same person at the same address.
There is none.
§ 5 DDG requires a route for fast electronic contact. Here that is the email address - so no number appears in the imprint or here.
We do not promise a response time. We would rather name no deadline at all than one that does not always hold.
Five requests make up almost every message we get. With most of them you are faster without us, because the answer is already somewhere or you can settle the matter yourself.
What Jobvin does, what works without paying and what does not, how the AI features work: that is collected in the common questions.
To the common questionsServer locations, which AI gets to see your resume and who can see your application - five plain answers instead of legalese.
To data securityYou do not have to request this from us. In your profile settings you delete your account together with all application data yourself, and the deletion takes effect immediately.
What happens thenIn your account settings or through "cancel contracts here" in the footer of every page (§ 312k BGB). The link opens an email with the right subject line.
Write a cancellationFor all rights under the GDPR there is a separate data protection contact. Which rights those are in detail is set out in the privacy policy.

What binds is always the legal text, not this page. The legal texts are in German and address the reader formally - that is deliberate there.
Provider identification under § 5 DDG: service provider, address, legal form and responsibility for the content under § 18 Abs. 2 MStV.
Who is responsible, which data is processed for what, and which rights you have: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Conclusion of contract, what the free and the paid use cover, term and cancellation are in the terms. The right of withdrawal has a page of its own.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution; its address is in the imprint. We do not take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board - we are neither willing nor obliged to.
No, and that is a decision, not a gap. § 5 DDG requires a route for fast electronic contact; an email address is enough for that. A number in the imprint, by contrast, gets harvested automatically by address traders. Write to info@jobvin.de.
Because a form would store your message with us on top of everything else attached to it. An email goes straight into a mailbox, you keep a copy in your sent folder, and you decide yourself what is in it and what is not.
There is no promise on that. Behind Jobvin stands a sole proprietorship, not a support department with a shift rota. Naming a deadline that does not always hold would be the worse solution - so we name none.
Through "cancel contracts here" in the footer of every page or in your account settings (§ 312k BGB). The link in the footer opens an email with the subject "Kündigung Pro-Abo"; sending it is all that is needed. Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.
Still got a question?
Then write to us. One sentence about the matter is enough - the more concrete it is, the more likely we can actually contribute something.
