Frequently asked questions
Is this a template that lots of other people send too?
No. The draft is written for one specific role from your resume and from what the job check found in the posting. The designs are templates, the text is not.
Does the AI write things that are not true?
It is not supposed to: the instruction requires every statement to be covered by your resume and forbids invented experience. Because an instruction is not a guarantee, you read the draft before it goes out.
How long will the cover letter be?
Three to four paragraphs and at most 380 words, which fits on one A4 page.
Can the AI write an English cover letter?
Yes. If the posting is in English, it writes in English. You can also have an existing cover letter translated as a copy.
Can I export the cover letter as a Word file?
No, cover letters come as PDF, on their own or together with resume and cover page. The Word export exists for the resume only.
